A conversation, not a sales pitch
Our clients tell us the same thing again and again: they came expecting pressure and found a conversation instead. That's deliberate. A consultation at SkinMedics is a chance to be heard, to understand your options, and to make a considered decision in your own time.
You will never be talked into anything on the day. If we don't think a treatment will help you, we'll tell you.
What actually happens
We start by listening — what's prompting your visit, what you'd like to change, and what you've tried before. We assess your skin or the area you're concerned about properly, then talk through what's realistic and what isn't.
From there we map out a tailored plan and a clear timeline, and answer every question you have. Some treatments, by law, can only be discussed in this private setting — another reason the consultation matters.
How to prepare
There's very little to do. Come as you are, bring any questions, and if it helps, jot down what's been bothering you beforehand. If you wear makeup and we're assessing your skin, we may gently remove it for a clearer look.
Allow a little time so the conversation never feels rushed — it's yours.
After the consultation
You leave with a clear understanding of your options and a plan, and the time and space to decide. No deposit pressure, no countdown. When you're ready, we're here.
